A vanillia sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam, for a lady's 100th Birthday tea. Her realative who ordered the cake informed me that Ruby's favourite flowers are roses and her favourite colour is soft apricot, so I combined the two!

Ruby's 100th Birthday Cake
